Everything,The early check-in the customer service. It was incredible.,the Loft is home away from home The bed is so comfortable. The location is incredible. The front desk kind and nice the housekeepers are incredible. I hate it to leave. I will be staying again in February. I go to New Orleans about three times a year and this is where I will be staying at the loft , it’s quiet peaceful serenity

Easy access to the French Quarter. Parking lot right across the street. Great little breakfast spot on the corner called Majoriams. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Extremely quiet and private…which is very difficult to find in the French Quarter

Second time I’ve stayed at the loft and it’s gorgeous. The Staff are so kind. Everything is so pretty. I love the bathroom and the shower. I also love how clean everything feels. I’ll definitely be back for a third trip!
