Everything,The early check-in the customer service. It was incredible.,the Loft is home away from home The bed is so comfortable. The location is incredible. The front desk kind and nice the housekeepers are incredible. I hate it to leave. I will be staying again in February. I go to New Orleans about three times a year and this is where I will be staying at the loft , it’s quiet peaceful serenity

Great location…walking distance to everything and the staff was friendly and helpful

Open loft feel and close proximity to tourist attractions

Everything was as pictured very comfortable

The location was perfect away from the noise but also close to the action.
